How to get the classic Geordie sound?

Oh. My. LORD. \\ What I would give for that guitar....\
\
Never been a big fan of "metal" pedals, I've always preferred straight overdrive pedals. I'll have to try that one out at Guitar Center, though. The Danelectro DanEcho is a fabulous delay, very warm.
It's not how long I live but how beautiful it is.

Got the New single today......'Ghosts of ladbroke Grove' is awesome.\
I can see why he was using those guitars in the vids now.\
the sound is very reminiscent of the first e.p's & 1st album.\
put the track through pro-tools, it sounds like overdrive is straight from the Framus amps.\
\
this pedal can recreate the sound of the Bell audio ADT units.\

DOUBLE TRACK - A Short-delay echo for spacious “stage” effects”.\
Detune- to thicken this up abit.\
(Stereo outputs too)\
just bought one.... spot on, me know happy-bunny \:)\\
\
i think his wah pedal is one of these, from what i can remember \
