For example an awful mistake appeared on the back of "Ghost Reveries", which is an Opeth album. The official list is:\
(...)\
4. Atonement\
5. Reverie/Harlequin Forest\
(...)\
...while Reverie is a short instrumental piece that appears in the end of Atonement, not in the beginning of Harlequin Forest. So it should look like this:\
(...)\
4. Atonement/Reverie\
5. Harlequin Forest\
(...)\
Again, you can call it a small mistake that no one gives a shit about, but now, a great track called Harlequin Forest has this burden of being called Reverie/Harlequin Forest, while it makes no sense.\
Same goes for Lovesong/Love Song by The Cure, where it's Love Song on the back of Disintegration LP and Lovesong almost everywhere else. Although here the band admits that both names are correct, which is pretty much like saying "who gives a shit about such details".
