This may change.\
\
Moderators have full rights - for example, permissions to delete unpleasant posts : )\

Thanks, it's a good idea to sum up the duties and rights of moderators.\
\
    \
  1. Keep an eye on users to follow rules. Rules must be followed. Users will be warned if they don't.\
You have right to start deleting posts if user has been warned 3 times and hasn't changed his attitude or has ignored the warnings. \
In extreme cases, users can be banned (i.e. their access to the forum can be restricted or forbidden completely) by administrators.\
  2. \
  3. Keep an eye on posts and their compliance with guidelines. They should be followed to improve quality of the forum. \
Guidelines are recommendations, breaking them is not punishable. \
However, if guidelines aren't followed, you have full right to correct the posts to make them compliant with guidelines, e.g. you can move a thread (=topic) to another category or change its title without warning or letting know the author.\
  4. \
  5. You should read contributions in categories in which they must be approved by moderators and approve them, eventually. This concerns The Killing Joke / News category, so far. Guidelines for posting news will be specified later : ) \
  6. \
  7. There's also an unwritten rule of polite behaviour.
\
\
Feel free to ask.
