Lsd, I've sent an E-Mail to coffee films with a question about the blu ray and this was the answer:
"Hi Michael,
Sorry only the DVD deluxe has all the extra.
The Blu Ray can be ordered soon after the dvd deluxe release but will not have the extras.
Check our fb and website for more details as we post them.
